About Kayvero
Kayvero is an independent nutrition and fitness platform that turns body data into a clear daily plan: calories, macros, water and optional creatine — plus a food database and a meal planner you can actually use every day.
Who we are
Kayvero is built by a small independent team of developers and nutrition-focused editors. We publish in English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish because nutrition questions are the same everywhere — only the language changes.
How our numbers are calculated
Our calorie and TDEE calculations use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation with standard activity multipliers. Body fat uses the US Navy circumference method, ideal weight uses Devine and Robinson formulas, and protein, water and creatine targets follow widely published ranges based on body weight and training load.
Every calculator shows the formula context on the page so you can see how a result was produced instead of trusting a black box.
Where food data comes from
Nutrition values in our food pages are normalized per 100 g and per common serving, based on public reference databases such as the USDA FoodData Central. Each food exists once as an entity in our database and is translated into every supported language, so a value is never duplicated or drifting between locales.
Editorial and medical disclaimer
Kayvero provides general educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to a qualified health professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication.
How we make money
Kayvero is free to use. We plan to fund development through advertising and affiliate links to products we consider relevant. Advertising never influences our nutrition data or the results a calculator produces.
